The automatic belt conveyor has a fully automatic operating system and safety guarantee system. From the mining face to the loading station, dumping site or thermal power plant, coking plant, chemical plant, coal preparation plant and other users, a transportation system is composed of multiple conveyors. Each conveyor is equipped with a local emergency stop button.
In normal operation, the system is controlled by the centralized control room to start up by the reverse material flow program and control the shutdown according to the downstream material flow program. Statistics such as transportation volume and operating time of each equipment are picked up by the weighing system and timer, stored and calculated by the microcomputer, displayed on the LCD screen of the control room according to shift, day, and month, and can also be output by printer.
