What is the function of the vision system?
The vision system realizes automatic positioning, detects feeding status, monitors welding position, reduces defective rate and avoids wrong welding.
Why does it come with integrated annealing function?
Annealing after brazing relieves welding stress, prevents blade cracking at welding point, extends service life of band saw blade.
Is the feeding fully automatic? Do I need 24-hour manual operation?
Auto feeding design. One worker can operate multiple machines, only need to replenish raw materials regularly, no continuous manual intervention.
Can we adjust welding parameters on the touch screen?
Yes. All welding temperature, time, annealing parameters can be set and saved via HMI touch screen, easy to switch between different blade models.
