What is this machine used for?
It is an automatic brazing machine for circular carbide saw blades. It can automatically complete tooth feeding, positioning, brazing, integrated annealing for saw blade tips, used for mass production of carbide-tipped circular saw blades.
What size circular saw blades can it process?
The machine supports customized processing range. Normally it works for circular saw blades from 80mm to 800mm. Different saw blade thickness and tooth pitch can be adjusted on HMI touch screen.
Does it have vision positioning system?
Yes. Equipped with vision system to realize accurate tooth positioning, reduce human error, ensure consistent welding quality for every carbide tip.
What is the integrated annealing function for?
Annealing after brazing can release welding stress, prevent saw blade crack, improve the bonding strength between carbide tip and saw blade body, extend saw blade service life.
What's the operation difficulty?
Simple operation with touch screen control. Workers only need to load raw saw blade blank, machine runs automatically. We provide operation training.
