Special spraying for flat workpieces such as furniture and decorative panels
Machine frame is processed by gantry machining. Whole frame is welded with national standard steel with qualified welding seams without defective welding. Equipment owns high structural rigidity and durable and beautiful surface paint finish.
Reciprocating spraying machine features paint saving, labor saving, low emission and high working efficiency.
Applies PLC control system with friendly human machine interface.
Equipped with handheld touch screen, the device can display faults, running speed, spraying speed and support parameter setting and real time working status monitoring.
Conveying speed ranges from 3-6m/min.It adopts roller type conveying structure to ensure stable and controllable operation.
Conveying system is equipped with servo and variable frequency control to achieve stable conveying and accurate stepping performance.
Complete safety protection functions are available, including emergency stop device, overload protection system and adjustable air inlet pressure gauge with real time pressure display.
It enables high quality and fast spraying for wood, metal, glass, plastic, and fiber-reinforced cement (fiber cement) materials, with easier-to-clean and low-maintenance design.

What kind of workpieces can this machine spray?
For flat wood panels, MDF, cabinet doors, furniture boards. Suitable for flat or slightly profiled panels within max 1300mm width.
Which paint types are compatible?
Supports water based paint, PU paint, NC paint, UV paint. Please inform us your paint type before order, we will adjust spray gun and pump configuration accordingly.
What is the production capacity / output?
Depends on panel size and spraying passes. Normally 5 to 12 pieces per minute for standard cabinet size panels.
Can we customize machine voltage for our local factory?
Yes. We can customize 220V/380V, 50Hz/60Hz according to your local power standard.
What language does the touch screen system support?
Default English & Chinese. We can install Spanish, Russian and other languages upon request.
How about delivery lead time?
Standard PL1300 model: 25 to 35 working days. If you need special custom modification, lead time will be 40 to 55 working days after deposit received.
What is the shipping way?
Machine is packed in non solid wood wooden case, shipped by sea. We can offer EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP trade term as your request.
How to get spare part after warranty？
