Delta Servo Drive System: Equipped with 3 units of 400W servo motors and 1 unit of 750W servo motor with brake (dedicated for chamfering function), ensuring smooth, efficient and accurate operation, even during high-intensity work.
Harmonic Reducer: Adopted for rotary tooth shifting, featuring ultra-high precision, strong wear resistance and long service life. It effectively guarantees the consistency of tooth grinding accuracy and reduces maintenance frequency.
Linear Guides: Y-axis adopts 30mm Hinwin linear guide, X-axis and Z-axis adopt 20mm Hinwin linear guide. All guides are equipped with reinforced sliders, significantly enhancing the machine’s rigidity and load-bearing capacity, ensuring no deformation during long-term heavy-duty operation.
Ball Screws: Imported from Taiwan TBI, known for high precision, low friction and long service life. It ensures smooth and accurate movement of each axis, laying a solid foundation for precise tooth grinding.
Spindle Seat: Made of high-quality bearing steel, which is wear-resistant and anti-slip, with a service life of up to 10 years without thread slipping. Unlike other manufacturers that use 45# steel, our bearing steel spindle seat can effectively avoid thread slipping caused by frequent grinding wheel loading and unloading, greatly reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
