Is frequent manual workpiece turning needed during processing?
No need. It completes four side sanding in one single feeding pass, no manual flip over required, greatly reduces labor cost.

Yes. Simple operation, stable performance, high continuous feeding output. Ideal for small to medium furniture factories for chair legs, wood mouldings production.
Can I adjust the sanding pressure for different wood materials?
Yes. All sanding units are adjustable. You can set sanding pressure according to soft wood or hard wood to avoid over sand or insufficient sanding.
What size of sanding belt does this machine use?
Standard sand belt specification: 1450 x 170mm. Different grit sand belts can be replaced for coarse sanding or fine polishing.
Does it support custom voltage for overseas market?
Yes, we can customize 220 to 415V, 50Hz or 60Hz according to your local factory power condition. Please inform us before order.
