The machine is mainly used for turning wooden sticks, which use double side planer to makes the round rods many pieces one time passing.
The work table surface was precision ground and then electro chrome plated and polished to a smooth mirror finish. Durable wear resistance surface is easy to clean and maintain.
Cutting tools
The round rod machine can be used to make shaper on top and bottom side as double sides moulder. The raw materials can be square or round, and other types of round bars can be customized.(Processing 4-150mm diameter range.)The finished round rods with tapered ta[ers are esaier to insatll on tools such sa shovel and hoe.

What is this machine used for?
This automatic wood round rod mill is used to turn square timber into round wooden dowels, mop sticks, broom handles, shovel handles, hammer handles and curtain rods. Widely used in wood handle manufacturing factories.
What types of wood can it process?
Poplar, birch, beech, pine, eucalyptus and other solid wood. Dry wood is recommended to avoid bending of finished round sticks.
What diameter range of round rods can it produce?
Different models support different diameter range. Normally from Φ6mm to Φ100mm. We can change moulds to get different round rod sizes.
How about the production capacity?
High continuous feeding speed. Capacity depends on wood hardness and finished diameter. Smaller diameter gets higher output.
Is it easy to operate? How many workers are needed?
Simple operation. 1 worker can operate the machine. No highly skilled worker required.
Can we customize the machine?
Yes. We can customize feeding length, spindle, moulds and motor according to your finished rod size and local requirements.
What are the wearing parts?
