Firmly bonds carbide tips onto the saw blade substrate. Optimized brazing quality enhances cutting efficiency and extends blade working life.

What is this machine used for?
It is an HF induction brazing machine with robot loader, specially for brazing carbide tips onto TCT circular saw blades, widely used in saw blade factory mass production.

Does it adopt high frequency induction heating?

Can we adjust brazing temperature and time?
Yes. Temperature, heating time and feeding speed are adjustable on control panel for different carbide tips and saw blades.
Can one worker operate multiple machines?
Yes, thanks to automatic robot loading. One operator can manage several machines at the same time.
