Main configuration:
1. Taiwan original brand pressure type large flow double diaphragm pump 1 set (with pressure regulator) equipped with pressure reducing valve and flow regulating valve, for the safe feeding of paint, especially suitable for the processing of very viscous insoluble paint.
2. Taiwan Changyuan Seiko brand 1.3 caliber spray gun 4 sets.
3. 1 set of pre-pressure air intake system and air intake filtration system.
4. Paint mist purification water curtain and exhaust system 1 set.
5.50MM roller feed is used for automatic painting part. The center spacing is 450MM.
6. Spray painting system adopts automatic spray gun, solenoid valve independent control, improve the spray effect of paint, so that the paint on the surface of the workpiece more uniform.
7. The Angle and width of each spray gun can be adjusted manually.
8. The external air is pre-compressed and purified to form positive and negative pressure in the closed paint room. The paint room is equipped with a stainless steel paint recovery system and a water curtain exhaust gas filtration and exhaust system.
9. Using Taiwan's correct name motor.
10. Induction mode: photoelectric and encoder reading mode.
11. Japan NSK, TR bearing high quality high-speed running bearings.

Production line precautions:
1. The atomizing cap needs to be cleaned after daily use.
2. The paint of oil storage tanks should be recycled after use.
3. The front and rear conveyor belts need to be cleaned for 5 minutes before leaving work every day.
4. Oil-based oil supply system can not be mixed with water-based oil supply system.
5. Electrical cabinet, dust blown every 15 days cycle.
6. Ensure that the air supply is dry.
