What is this multi blade saw used for?
It is WEHO multi-blade rip saw, mainly for cutting solid wood planks into multiple slats in one pass. Widely used to make wood crate strips, pallet slats, bed sheet slats and other packing timber.
What kind of timber can it process?
Suitable for softwood like pine, fir, poplar; also works for common hardwood. It can process both dry timber and properly air-dried wet lumber.
Can we adjust the width of finished slats?
Yes. Change the spacing sleeves between saw blades to set different slat widths. The feeding speed is adjustable by frequency converter.
What are the safety devices equipped?
Equipped with safety protective cover, emergency stop button, overload protection. It stops automatically when overloading occurs.
What power supply can this machine match?
Standard 380V 3-phase. We can modify the electric system to match your local voltage like 220V, 415V etc.
