The machine is mainly used for turning wooden sticks, which use double side planer to makes the round rods many pieces one time passing.
Work table
The work table surface was precision ground and then electro chrome plated and polished to a smooth mirror finish. Durable wear resistance surface is easy to clean and maintain.
Cutting tools
The round rod machine can be used to make shaper on top and bottom side as double sides moulder. The raw materials can be square or round, and other types of round bars can be customized.(Processing 4-150mm diameter range.)The finished round rods with tapered ta[ers are esaier to insatll on tools such sa shovel and hoe.

The wood dowels cutter with automatic feeding is safe and high efficient.

What wood materials can this round rod machine process?
It works for solid wood like pine, poplar, birch, oak and other hardwood & softwood. Raw material should be square or irregular timber blank.
What diameter range of round sticks can it produce?
Different models cover different diameter range, common range 10‑60mm. Customized models for bigger or smaller round rods are available.
What about the working length? Do I need pre‑cut timber?
The machine continuously feeds wood. Minimum feeding length is required. Long finished round rods can be output, you can cut to your required length after processing.
Is feeding automatic or manual?
Automatic feeding system. Just put square timber into inlet, machine will auto‑feed, mill and output finished round rod. Low labor cost.
What finished surface quality can we get?
Smooth round surface, ready for sanding process. If you need ultra‑fine finish, you can match with subsequent round rod sanding machine.
What raw blank shape should I use? Must be perfect square?
Square timber blanks are preferred. Slight irregular blanks are acceptable, but too crooked timber will affect final roundness.
